Is anyone currently involved in UPLs?
If so, how is your unit rate decided (above standard medicaid)? and what are your anticipated increases?
I have serious concerns about this ponzi scheme, but my state recently approved the program for hospitals and physicians practicing in collaboration with non-profit hospitals.
I am sure there will be some cap on available federal matching funds, but this data can be found NOwhere.
