Interested in people's thoughts on programs that really emphasize the development of clinician educators.

Off the top of my head, University of Cincinnati, UTSW, and University of Arizona at Tucson. All of them have established clinician-educator pathways with faculty development training. I'm sure there are many others that have this as well.
