I recently received an email from Jefferson discussing their medical fraternities. Apparently the rent is 100-250 a month!?!??! with utilities. How is that possible? Anyone know any pros/cons of living in a medical fraternity house? The only fraternities I have been exposed to have been my undergraduate ones and I wouldn't want to live there.

Hmmm, awful cheap, which leads me to think maybe you share bedrooms with another frat guy? Pros would be classmates always around to get notes from, to study with, etc. More people = more social situations, yet its a medical frat, so probably a fairly studious environment. They may provide food for you and you may have weekly chores. I can't say I know much more than that.
