Review journals, eg: Trends in _____ (http://www.cell.com/cellpress/trends) or Nature Reviews _____. Nature Reviews has a Clinical Sciences set of journals if that is what interests you. Review articles summarize what is known (tested hypotheses) and what is not known (open questions/hypotheses) in a specific field.
Second the review journals, could also check out Annual Reviews in specific fields you are interested in. They should be more detailed/longer than review articles from Nature or Cell.
