medical license problems?

has anyone ever heard of being denied a state medical license during residency for underage drinking or other similar offenses during college years?

I don't think most license forms require that you state misdemeanors, only felonies. Honestly, who cares if you drank underage? Who didn't drink underage?

Some licensing boards can be pretty picky, but I would guess if someone was denied a license it wasn't for underage drinking, but something else.
