I'd love to get into it too. Basically transcription,now reading of X-rays (stuff done by radiologists)
No, I don't think a few companies have monopoly. I believe lot of firms are involved/getting involved.
Patient -doctor privacy is an issue.
Indian firms processing data are probably not that big, infact pretty small.
I mean this is not some highly productive work - it does not add non monetary value to the value chain. -Less costly , basically. - that's the incentive.
