Medical Practices that allow family time

What are some of the best medical specialties or practices that allow for family time. I would really like to work in a cooperative setting of mabye three or four docs together, so that there are always people to cover when you need to be a family man. Are there any other really good specialties that cater to these needs as well?

I'll move this over to Rotations and Residencies where it seems more appropriate. But the most "family friendly" tend to be EM, FP, PM&R, Peds, Path, Rads, Derm, Neuro, etc.

Among surgical specialties it would be ENT, Urology and perhaps Plastics.
