Hey guys. Im an intern, and since i never really came accross any uro i have no idea what this is and dont really have a day to take off to go see a urologist. Basically, i noticed a two very small, hard, painless bumps which appears on the R next to my extrenal inguinal ring, possibly on my spermatic cord or the muscle beneath it. They feel like unpopped popcork kernells. They are rubbery and mobile, with one being bigger then the other. I dont have any pain. Is this something that i need to see a urologist about? Can they just be shotty nodes?
