Do dental schools require release of all medical records or just like immunization records and a physical? Has anyone had to release the enirety of their medical records upon acceptance?

Would also like to get to some response on this. Also I was in possession of a medical marijuana card for a year, though I hear employers are barred from calling agencies to determine if you are a registered cardholder.
