Nope.
Get your bachelor's. Take some English classes and work on proof-reading while you're there.

Please get your bachelor's.

Not every medical school requires a bachelor's degree. However, if you look in the Medical School Admissions Requirements (MSAR), you will see why you should get one. I just looked at more than 20 schools and all but one reported that 100% of their students have bachelor's degrees. (The outlier's percentage: 99%.) That should tell you what you need to know.

Get a bachelor's degree, not a "bleacher" degree. It's not a waste of time. What's your hurry, anyway?

I just dont know what major is the most going to help me with my med school later.

Your major doesn't matter as long as you complete all your premed prerequisites. Just study something you enjoy and may be beneficial to you just in case med school doesn't pan out. Not to say it won't pan out for you, but it's good to have a plan.

Study whatever you're most interested in and get the highest grades you can. Medical schools don't have a preference with regard to major.

Guess what? As a physician (and in medical school for that matter) you have to read, write, and communicate with your patients and colleagues in an understandable manner. You should be the last person who wants to speed through a degree considering your described and demonstrated ESL issues. Think of this time as time to improve your English so you can not only perform on the MCAT well, get through medical school, but also be a doctor that patients and colleagues can actually understand.
