Medical School Tests

Hey guys, I was wondering if you knew much about the board exam. I am a second year at MCW and it seems like to pass, high pass or honor the courses, all we have to do is read the lecture notes a few times and look at old test. The tests that we take are very recycled (i don't mean questions completly, but at least topics). Are other medical schools around the nation like this? also is the board a very recycled test? 😕
