my school originally sent ERAS a transcript without my Pediatric core grade on it (i'm applying to Peds). they finally have my grade available as of yesterday. my question is, if I get them to send an updated transcript to ERAS, will programs get the new one, or is it too late since they already got a transcript?

The new transcript will replace the old one. If programs have already printed out the transcript, they will get the new one, will print it, and you will have two transcripts in your file (unless the PA removes the old one). If they haven't printed it, the old one will disappear and only the new one will be available.
