Medical school transcript/rank required for fellowship application?

Does anyone know if fellowship programs require med school transcripts and rank? How about in the field of retina in general?

If they do, how much would they matter?

Yes, some of them do. One that I applied to also required undergrad transcripts. I did not apply to retina, but I can’t imagine they matter terribly much.
