Medical Spanish program?

Can anyone recommend a 1 month medical Spanish program that would be acceptable for ACGME credit for an away elective for a resident?

There is an awesome one in Dominical, Costa Rica. I like to surf and it is surrounded by good breaks. I tried to get my program to allow me to go there.....but no dice. Their program was designed by someone at UT-Galveston. It is half-days in the classroom and half-days interviewing patients. You should be able to find info through Google.
