There's talk about all these medicare cuts to cardiologists and radiologists. http://covertrationingblog.com/card...react-badly-to-proposed-medicare-payment-cuts
Assuming that these drastic cuts go though what do you guys think the expected salary decline would be. I know cardiologist earn roughly 350-450K. What will be the salary after these cuts?

If you are on salary, there may be no change. If you are a solo doc, it could change a lot. It's complex but it depends a lot on what your daily "case mix" of things is. MPI is getting harder hit than Echo, but both are projected to be cut. My understanding is that there is no change to interventional reimbursement. Private insurance is sometime directly tied to Medicare reimbursement rates, but sometimes not, so the reimbursement from them may change in a different way.
