My favorite story of DRG stim was when I was working at the VA. One of the nurses told me she was in on a case with one of the other Pain docs and said he filled up the side fluid reservoir on the drape with CSF during the trial. He had no idea apparently

I used to do DRG as well, fun to drive around the needle just perfectly. I've had migrations and lead fractures too so stopped doing them.
