And another service becomes effectively "cash pay." Good luck getting into seeing pain psychologist or behavioralist before your SIJ!

weird, our LCD in WA state says "should be stabilizied" not MUST be stabilized. I sure hope they dont change that anytime soon. geez!
 
then they need assistance, counselling.
