There are many different quick sources (epocrates, micromedex, apps, etc.) that have dosages for the most common medications in anesthesia. And although they overlap somewhat, they all seem to vary, sometimes extensively. Is there a better consensus source to turn to for the most common ranges/dosages for medications? For example, does Big Miller have a chart with all the dosages of the most common meds? I can't seem to find it. Thanks.
