So according to UWorld, psychotropic-cardiovascular-and Nsaids are the medications that can cause falls. How would NSAIDs cause falls? and apart from Alpha-1 antagonists ( orthostatic hypotension ) why would other CVS drugs increase the risk?

NSAIDs can cause dizziness, although the mechanism isn't known. Many CV drugs can cause syncope, not just a1 antagonists.

^yup, tons of things can cause it especially in the elderly. The antihistamines are another big one for the elderly that can cause confusion and issues (I thought falls too but I can't remember). There is a neat database that is available for clinicians where you can check on drugs to see how they should be adjusted and if they increase fall risk in elderly, can't remember what it was called for the life of me though.
