Just scored a staffing per diem job at another local hospital. Apparently, they just switched to Meditech 2 months ago (so I'm guessing the most updated version). I just want to know how user friendly it is. Since it's a per diem job, I won't have continuous training days. From what I've heard, it's not the best system. Any thoughts?

I have had experience with Cerner during residency and post-residency. And I know, everyone loves Epic.

Maybe "User Hateful" is the better way to describe Meditech. I consider it the PDX of hospital systems, ubiquitous and extremely primitive most of the time. A lot of it depends on the setup and execution of the programming staff. If you can deal with Meditech, you can deal with any EHR.
