I've heard a lot of good things from second years about the MedMaster Series Clinical Micobio. made rediculously simple.

How about the physiology book? My course won't really require a text, just the class note set, so I'll just be using it for a reference.

Thanks!

FirstAid doesn't exactly give it rave reviews: "B: Easy reading with many amusing associations. Style does not work for everyone. Not as well illustrated as the rest of the series. Use as a supplement to other review books."

BRS Physiology is extremely good for physiology. If you read through your class notes a couple times and BRS Phys a couple times, you'll be in good shape for the course and for Step I.
