MedPR and MyOwnPath Question Thread
Started by toledopower
The Pre-Medical Osteopathic forum has turned into MedPR and MyOwnPath question extravaganza.
Why not just post all your questions in this thread?
Remember how your first grade teacher told you that there were no stupid questions? That if you had a question there was a good chance others had the exact same question?
Feel free to ignore my threads if you want, but I think others are needing help with the same things I am asking on SDN.

You're absolutely right. Just post them on here and we can answer them for you.

Don't be so nit-picky...if you don't like our questions, ignore them. There's no rule on number of threads one can start on a forum. I hate when people try to control other people when it's none of their business - if you don't like something, ignore it.
It makes more sense to post a new thread when someone has a question because then everyone sees the question topic and it may catch someone's eye who has experience with that subject. How many people are going to regularly check in on something called the "myownpath and medpr question thread"??

Whats the problem with him making threads about the application process? This forum is called "PRE OSTEOPATHIC" so i'm assuming pre osteopathic threads are made in this forum? Let me test this theory. If I go to mcdonalds and order a big mac, they give me a big mac. If I go to mcdonalds and order a steak, they look at me like im a ******.
God forbid he makes a thread and lowers one of the important "(insert school name here) vs (insert school name here)" threads.

If you went to McDonald's and order one cheeseburger and then waited in line to order another cheeseburger. Do this five times a day for a week. I'm pretty sure you'd get some goofy looks too.

I don't think he makes five new threads a day in this forum. Besides, this is America where everyone is fat. I'm sure people actually do that.
Toledopower - you have made one of the most pointless threads I've seen on this forum to decry someone making too many threads. Am I the only one who sees the humor in this?
Yes.
You're absolutely right. Just post them on here and we can answer them for you.
Thanks, I appreciate it!

i completely agree with the statement in bold. I have had personal experience with this and i find that many times my question just gets lost in a thread where we are suppose to ask questions. New threads often answers questions that many of us have.
I hope MedPR and MyOwnPath choose to ignore OP.

OP-
What if they're the same person? Like a pre med version of Fight Club but instead of one of them knowing how to handle AACOMAS and the MCAT like a boss they both want different questions answered?
👍+1. OP, I think this is turning on you bro. You really need to learn the essence of being a team player and working together as a team as it will serve you very, very well in the future (think Med School years). However, since you seem to prefer the other direction here's a pic just for you....

And now for when you have questions that everyone else understands....
