I'm about to head out for an away rotation and was hoping to set up an informal meeting with the program director while I'm there. This is a silly question, but for those of you who have done this, did you wear a suit or just your regular professional everyday-on-the-wards clothing? Just didn't know if I should bother packing a suit. Thanks.

I wore a suit only for the official interview, which actually took place during my away rotation. Every other day I just wore regular slacks+shirt+tie+white coat, and I had regular contact with the PD.
