Has anyone on Meharry alternate-list been accepted recently? I called the school but they didn't give out a clear answer about my status!

I interviewed on Nov 11. There were 9 others in my group. I know someone else from our group that was waitlisted, and he hasn't heard anything either. They told me on the phone that their class is full and noone has given up their spots yet, but that doesn't sound very convincing to me. I'm applying for the new cycle anyways, but let's keep our finger crossed for now. Best wishes

I received a letter in the mail today that said I was no longer considered for the 2006 entering class. This is disappointing, but Oh well.. Best of luck to everyone else.

Just got the letter of rejection as well. That was my last school I had a shot in. Oh well, there's always next yr.

Was your letter something like "I am sorry we can not accept you, now don't jump off a cliff??" Sounds funny, but this is basically what mine said.

I got the same rejection letter today. I think they waitlisted far beyond than what they needed to fill the seats. I kind of think that they didn't offer anyone from that list this cycle. All the accepted applicants must have held their spots really tight haha!! best wishes for everyone
