how many seat do each school have? and is it wise to apply now. got decent scores

They're both private schools (I think), so in state-out of state isn't too big of an issue.

As far as being wise to apply now, it's obviously really late--have their deadlines passed? If they haven't, I would think its worth the 100+ bucks in fees to apply and see if it really is too late.

Hehe... seeing as how Howard isn't even in a State, I'd say they don't really mind if you're out of state. I'd say it might be a bit late to apply now, but people do get in after applying in december... it's just really hard.
