Anyone been thru or have thoughts on the MSK transitional year?
I'm going into a specialty, and am considering this versus strong IM prelim programs.
Does the MSK program strike a good balance between academic rigor and freedom to study/sleep?
Do categorical residents get treated better?
Thoughts please! I rec'd an interview invite but would have to cancel UChicago prelim to go, and I don't know if it's worth it.
