Any tips on memorizing all those details (ie ssDNA vs ssRNA vs etc, enveloped vs non-enveloped...) for viruses in FA?

I'm thinking about cramming it all my last week of board studying, but man... just seems like a chore to get thru all those bugs... argh

Hmm...I don't think it's a good idea to cram anything in the last week, just saying. What worked for me was gunnertraining, it's a flashcard service that you pay for, but they have a 2 week trial and there are a bunch of links to free 1 month trials floating around. It takes a while to know them, but after they show you a flashcard for the 10th time you're like enough already...Parvovirus B19 is the smallest DNA virus and it's single stranded and naked, with icosahedral symmetry and Flavivirus, Togavirus and Bunyavirus are "Fevers Transmitted by Bites" so they are Arboviruses that cause fever and encephalitis and California Encephalitis Virus is a Bunyavirus spread by mosquitoes and affects kids more than adults etc etc. Eventually you can sort of go through it in your sleep. I am planning to use this heavily for pharm and micro.
