I had the chance to shadow a DO who did lots of OMM but it was only for 4 hours. I did however, get to see them practice OMM on several different patients and hear their personal stories.

A different DO that I met by chance at the gym took a look at my girlfriend because she gets migraines. He took the time to show me some basic OMM stuff I could do to help relieve some of the muscle tension she gets (suboccipital release).

Are these two things I should mention in my PS?

Blue for the PS
Red for the school-specific essays in secondary.

Hahaha Actually, that one was the one who got me the shadowing opportunity with the other DO. We became friends/lifting buddies at times before I asked him to take a look at her neck.
