Mentioning specific cases in application

Hello all,

I'm currently entering my EC/activities into my application. I shadowed orthopedic surgeons in the OR and currently just have the hours, physician names, contact info, etc.; however, I just found a note on my phone with all of the procedures I observed. Would it be worth mentioning some of these? Or will it just be seen as a filler? All of the procedures are pretty routine for an orthopod.

IMHO No one really cares. Don't waste your time writing it and our time reading it.

What value is in you writing down procedures, to the adcom? To show that you're interested? You're applying to medical school, they know you're interested.
