Did anyone receive an invite or hear back from Mercy College for an interview?

Yea I have not gotten anything yet. Do you mind saying what your stats are ? I don’t even know if they received my supplemental payment or not.
I'm not exactly sure what you mean by stats, but I just did the interview today and they said to expect to hear back either at the end of next week, or mid March. In terms of stats, I don't exactly know how Mercy calculated my GPA but apparently it's in the mid 3's, and my GRE scores are Verbal 150, Quantitative 149. your stats was the gre and gpa. I was told my student advisor to send my supplement application payment before the end of the month, it’s also listed on PTCAS. Last question when did you complete the application ?

Best of luck ! The faculty is very nice and they want you to succeed . The questions I was asked were ; why Pt as oppose to other health related fields ?Why mercy ? What makes you unique ? And an easy group question at the end in which they want to see that you can work together as a group . Overall very laid back !

Hey thank you for the response. My interview had similar questions! But now we let the waiting games begin.

Yes in their website and PTCAS it said you had send in $40 I believe to their PT department.
I can’t believe I missed that... I haven’t seen any info about the supplement fee website but I found it on PTCAS. Did anyone else not pay the fee yet? I really hope I can still pay it since I did the interview and all...

According to the website this is what it had said “Submit a nonrefundable $40 application fee. (There is a $62 application fee for the following majors: Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy)”

Nothing yet. Decisions might be slowed due to the coronavirus. What I have read from previous threads that they usually let everyone know by last week of March and continue to send out decisions until April 30th.
I got my acceptance letter today and was interviewed about a month ago . Best of luck everyone ! It’s a very stressful process but stay positive !

I interviewed on 2/19. Yea this was my second time applying, and first time getting an interview. Hopefully we will be classmates LOL.

Just got an email that I wasn’t selected in the first wave of applicants.
Me too...it's my 3rd time applying/interviewing there too...I thought being a PTA would increase my chances but I think they only look at the numbers (gpa/gre) at the end of the day unfortunately

Yea I know what you mean really was thinking my interview would help my chances, but just gotta wait and see. The second wave of acceptances are going out on the 29th so let’s keep our hopes alive.

I got an email...rejection...3rd time...i emailed them asking why because this time around I had everything the same plus became a licensed PTA ..working for over a year and half....I guess all they really care about is gpa unfortunately
