Hey guys, I just realized I messed up on my primary app. I listend 09/2009 instead of 09/2008 on my start date for my Research (one of my three most important activities) and it's already been verified. What should I do?

Does your description mention anything related to the length of time that might make it different? Does the year difference even matter for the role the activity plays in your application pre-interview? AMCAS won't edit your primary, so your only option will be to send schools a correction if it really bothers you.

its an addition 400+ hours of research. Also, on my description it says "in my second year of college"

Don't worry about it, I too was neurotic about messed up dates on my application... it never came up

thanks. Congrats on getting into Keck btw! thats one of my dream schools

That's good then, if they even happen to pay attention to the dates over the description, they'll realize it's more likely you put the wrong digit in the year than typed "second" instead of "third." I wouldn't worry about it now.

This is game over. ADCOMS are like hungry lab-coat-wearing hawks soaring above a field of pre-medical mice. They will swoop in on your typo with an impossible fury and their razor sharp talons will slice your application into pieces.

i would start looking at caribbean schools
