I messed up first to two years of college really significantly. My gpa was at a 1.8 at the end sophomore year.I was confused college student who didn't know what he wanted to be in life and just goofed off.I worked but off and improved my gpa never dropping below 3.8.I want to go med school but i dont want to take a post bac year .Is there anyway to avoid it

I think the only way to maximize your GPA is to take post-bacc classes so that your GPA is over the 3.0 mark. I would hate to see that awesome MCAT gets screened out because GPA is <3.0, which some schools will do that.

Are you a senior or about to be? I suspect you’ll need to do post bac work.

Hopefully, you have more extracurricular activities than what you've written. Maybe:
-dedicated physician shadowing,
-nonmedical community service to those in need
-leadership
-teaching
-research

Any of those?

That GPA is going to kill you, especially if ORM.

Upward trend is great, but schools are still going to be worried that you are easily side-tracked and you do not put 100% into your work at times.

You need to take a post-bac/SMP year, and you need to do the coursework at a respectable 4 year university and take upper level Biology classes that are similar to first year medical school coursework. Do not repeat your freshman and sophomore year coursework.

You also need some significant non-medical volunteer work - at a hospice, homeless shelter, soup kitchen, Veterans' organization, etc.

With your high MCAT, it is possible that a post-bac/SMP attached to a medical school might take you and give you a provisional acceptance to medical school if you get a 3.5 or better GPA.

Do you have two years or better of 3.7+ coursework? It's a good idea to get that GPA up above 3.0 and get at least 200 hours each of clinical and nonclinical volunteering.
