messed up with graduation date on primary

So I said on my AMCAS application that I attended my college from September 2012 to June 2016. I thought this would be true, but found out recently that I cannot petition a class that I thought I previously could so I will be taking one final online course this summer and technically not graduate until Fall of 2016. Should I email each school I applied to individually and tell them what happened? Or will they not really care.

Plans change. They won't care unless you fail to graduate prior to med school matriculation.
