Messing up third year

Hey guys, I did pretty good on step 1: 243 and have a year of neuroscience research under my belt. But, I just don't get it, I honored a couple of rotations in 3rd year, but didn't honor Ob/gyn, surgery, or IM. I go to a top 30 school. Do I have a chance to match at say Loyola, Rush, UIC, SLU, NYMC, etc.? If not, where would I have a shot? Gracias.

are you serious? i'd say you have a good chance at all of those if you've got a well-rounded application.
