Metrohealth

I've done a search but haven't found much info about the Metrohealth psychiatry residency. Being from another part of the country, I don't know much more than what is on their website - that they are a community/county hospital affiliated with Case Western.
Has anybody here been there and can tell me the pros and cons about the place? Thanks
