I am applying to MFM Fellowship for this upcoming cycle. I have noticed some programs openly require CREOG scores and some do not make any mention of that requirement. I’m aware that some programs do not require CREOG scores.

Is it safe to assume programs who do not explicitly mention a requirement of CREOGs on their website are not looking for to be unsolicitedly sent scores?

Yes, programs will reach out if they need your CREOG scores. If their website requires it, you can either email their program coordinator, or still wait until they reach out to you!
