First and foremost, to everyone applying for residency: GOOD LUCK and hope to see y'all on interviews if you come our way😀

I'm posting this to inquire about the different MFM programs around. If you are a resident or a medical student and have first hand experience or knowledge about these programs and their MFM fellows, can you please share for me and others considering fellowships in this forum...

Hopkins
Maryland
Yale
UNC
Duke
NY Programs
Magee
Penn
U Wash
Oregon

Thanks in advance for any replies/advice/input!

I just finished an MFM Sub-I at Yale and I think it's an absolutely wonderful environment. The MFM attendings are super nice and love to teach, in addition to being well published and emeshed in very interesting research. The fellows all seem happy, as do the residents. I think it's a great program!

Hi,

As said before Yale has a great MFM program. I was there for 2 months as a medical student and it is great. They have interesting patients, great procedures and a great teaching system. If you like fetal anomalies and detection it is the place to be... they hace great sonographers and Dr. copel and the rest of the staff are very well known in the field.

Hope this helps.

Awesome. Thanks for the input guys (much appreciated!)... Yale is definitely one of my top 5 choices specially given their research on pre-eclampsia.

Good luck with the invites!
