All I know is that MGH has a panel of 5-7 people and interview lasts for 15-20 min. That's the only interview for the day.- Joined

I interviewed at MGH two years ago. My interview was very laid back, despite the initial intimidation of being in the room with 6 or so interviewers. Each interviewer asked one or two questions, which were mostly based on something in my CV and/or personal statement. Overall, a very positive experience. I hope this helps.
