MGMA 2011 Report

Does anyone have the MGMA 2011 report or access to it. Specifically, I'm looking for the most current data for anesthesia pain in terms of mean compensation and 90%. I would also like the data for avg $/RVU and $/wRVU.

I am looking for critical care in the Southern Region. WRVU's, 90% percentile, etc... Hopefully someone has access to it.
