Anyone anxiously waiting to get off? I have only read of three people on this site who have been taken off so far.

I am still on the Miami waitlist. I can't remember and don't want to look for it, but I think a couple people posted getting off the waitlist in June two years ago.

there are definitely more than a few kids who got into Miami after the May 15th deadline last year so hopefully things will pan out for you as well. One of my first year buddies had already moved to Puerto Rico in June and started school there when he found out he was accepted here and chose to move back so i guess it's never too late for them to let you know.

I just called Miami to try to find out where I stand on the alternate list. As I expected they cannot disclose this information but they did tell me that there has not been very much movement recently. Things are not looking good.
