I received a letter in the mail today. 😀
No phone call, and just a letter today?
When did you interview?
Just asking because I am one of the Nov 16 folks who were warned we wouldnt hear until a week or two into Dec.
I live on campus and still haven't received the letter..

do any of you know about any good places to live near the school?
Well there's a difference between where you might want to live as an undergrad vs. a grad student........as an undergrad I'd say find people to live in a house/ apt. w/i walkable distance from campus. For a grad student, I would recommend living a bit further off campus. There are some good apartments around State st. and Eisenhower (South of campus) and there are buses that you can take to get to campus. I'm not exactly sure about where the other good apartments (but cheaper b/c they are more off campus) are located, but I definitly know that a lot of grad students tend to live on the south end of campus ( south on State st./ closer to Briarwood mall).........all of this probably means nothing to you though since you may be pretty unfamiliar with the area........if you want to pay more for a good apartment that's walkable distance from campus, there are plenty (i know of some new town houses on S. Forest street.....) PM me for further questions
Any of those accepted interview on Nov. 16th?
lets say i were to live far off campus such as the briarwood area...
are there any good parking places i can leave my car at everyday? can we park in that structure behind the school?
I know one of the structures is patient parking only but what about the one that goes down?
thanks

Nope, but all you would need to do is hop on the AATA #36. It stops at Wolverine Tower during the day and Briarwood at night (I think). I live just a little south of campus and I take it everyday (cuz it's coooold👎 and I'm kind of a wuss) Anyways, I think the website is theride.org if you want more info.
GO BLUE!!! Hang tight, those letters should be arriving shortly. I received mine Tuesday.
