I sent in the sig page about 1.5 weeks ago. They notified me through the standard postal service. Everything came in a big envelope.

You don't really get to choose an interview date though..they just say to call and confirm the date set for you.

whats this yellow sheet of paper?

When they receive your application from AADSAS they send you a yellow sheet acknowledging that they have your application. The sheet lists everything that must be included for your application to be complete, if the box next to an item is checked that means that the school has not received that item. However, I believe you only need to return the yellow sheet if the box indicating that is checked.
