Ans: If it were men, then it would have been lung cancer but in women, breast cancer w'd be the most common primary lesion for a metastatic carcinoma of nones (jaws)

Ans: Its simple, Allergic desensitization, the way it works is - by means of competitive inhibition by using a substance that binds to the receptors to which the allergen would normally bind to otherwise. (these are my words)

Ans:acf is correct (followed elimination). I am sure the question was about changes to the heart or conducting system, correct?

bdef is correct as well. Atelectasis is collapse of the lung I guess. Option a and c do not cause that.

I am pretty sure, my answers are correct but please double check with your material as I am yet to start M-P.
