Specific chemotherapy is useful for treating which of the following conditions?

1. measles
2. hepatitis
3. herpangina
4. herpes conjunctivitis
5. infectious mononucleosis

answer: 4 (1982 exam)

Does anyone know what they mean by chemotherapy? (e.g. would a vaccine count as chemotherapy?). I confirmed that yes, an antiviral can be used to treat herpes conjunctivitis. But is there a way to think about this question other than look up the treatments for each disease?

Thanks!
