1. It is Ghon's complex, alright. It affects suprapleural parenchyma and hilar lymph nodes. (also could be lower border of upper lobes or upper border of lower lobes)
2. Thrombocytopenia.
3. Liquefactive necrosis. (pyogenic infections almost always cause this type of necrosis).
