I have 8 banks of practice Q's (probably last yr's q-bank stuff). If you do these, you will be fine. I spent a day doing BRS and half of one doing these Q's and got a 96 (based on avg of 83 nationally). I only got thru 5/8 and had I spent the entire time just doing Q's and looking up things I was weak in, it would have easily been a 100+.
We have a guy in our class who works for Kaplan and does about 1000 practice Q's for each NBME and has gotten 100 on every one. This seems to be the way to go. While he is a very hard worker, he's not exactly lighting up the block exams with 100's. If interested, send my a PM and we'll work out a way to send the 8 banks of Q's.
