MD Surgery shelf exam

I would like to go through at least one content review resource in addition to doing Uworld surgery.

I am currently trying to go through Devirgilio textbook but I am finding it a little dense.

If I did Onlinemeded gen surgery, trauma, subspecialty, and GI videos+Pestana, will I still be missing out a lot?

I haven't done IM rotation yet so I'm really worried. Would going through Devirgilio cover to cover be more beneficial for me?

I tried reading Pestana's but found I wasn't retaining much, and I didn't find the questions helpful. I supplemented uWorld surgery with uw IM GI and Amboss surgery questions.

As I was studying for step 2, I went over the EM CMS exams from NBME, and there was a ton of content that was on my surgery shelf.
