Microbiology and Genetics

Hey I'm planning on taking the January PCAT and haven't taken Microbiology or Genetics yet. Could anyone tell me what I should read up on for these subjects?

If you have taken Bio I/II you have covered the material already. A specific micro or genetics class would only reinforce things you should have already learned (as applicable to the PCAT)
