based on your experience, how many questions are from microbiology?

As long as your general bio background is good, you should be fine. The first time I took it, I hadn't taken micro at all, and there were a couple questions, but I still got a 90. The second time I had taken a few months of micro, and there was maybe a question or two. Just learn the really basic stuff, like what is a bacteria and what is a gram stain, and you should be okay.

I can't remember anything from micro and I scored pretty high on the bio just from studying Kaplan. You should be fine.

If you don't need microbiology as a pre-req for a school, I wouldn't take it. I scored pretty high on the bio section w/o taking microbiology. As the previous responders said, know your General Biology and you should do pretty well. Good Luck!
