I broke my Palm Centro and got a new one but the stupid thing won't sync with my computer. Is there any way for me to get Micromedex on my phone without going through my computer first? Can I just download it directly to my phone? What about ePocrates? it's so frustrating not having this information readily available!

For epocrates, you should be able to download it straight to your phone. It will tell you how if you log into your epocrates.com account and click "Redownload software."
As for Micromedex, I had to use my computer to sync the software with my phone.

MDX is releasing a new version shortly that should have a corresponding mobile version; perhaps it will be direct access through WiFi?
